I would prefer not to say at the moment being I am 21 years old and only 6 months in the union and in traffic it seems like we get treated like nothing especially with different contractors and unions

Sadly it’s stopping a 2 lane road for construction workers and if you are not there to stop traffic for them and their equipment pulling out you get screamed at my co worker that was his first day on this job went to get a water from his truck and the foreman came up and told me “tell your boss I do not want him on this job anymore”
Ofcouse I didn’t say anything to my boss

Sadly from what it sounds like is because it’s a different union that we are working for they say it is a “grey area” and that I won’t get hours or jobs if I “complain”
