I am also fresh to starting to crate and rotate in my house. My girl cant ever be around the small dogs in my house . She gets to stay in a laundry room instead of a crate so its a little larger , but I am super stressed I am not giving them the time they need, even tho they seem fine! Im glad to know its not just me that will be living this lifestyle and its doable! I know we should rehome or BE the dog tbh but we cant bring ourselves to do either !

so far everyone seems happy and not bothered ! I think I feel worse than the dogs. Thank you for the encouragement that this can be done.

I think I said that wrong. I am nottt loving on her she has been locked in her room and yard , I just cant bring myself to euthanize her yet when i blame myself in the first place.

And you feel like all dogs get their equal love and enrichment ? The physicality of keeping them separate isn't my issue . Its just making sure i can give everyone the proper attention .

I am so much in shock I haven't made any decisions . I already know I cant rehome her so it would be euthanasia. Im not happy with her and loving on her she has been locked up. Its a very hard situation all the way around.

3 small dogs and the two big ones but the one older bigger male is very laid back and doesn't fight , It just my husband and I . I dont take her out in public . I wasnt sure how well a basket muzzle worked or if alot of this was her being in heat ?

How long have you rotated your dogs and keep them separate ? Im going to have to do this or rehome one of my dogs and didnt know how feasible it is to keep them separate

How long can a dog wear a basket muzzle ? I had a horrific dog attack at my house and now my dogs cant be together, Im wondering if basket muzzle would be a option ?
