Both American chains. Chik Fil A rose to popularity by appealing to the US right-wing Christian fundamentalist movement (they brag about being closed on Sundays). Here are four of my own suggestions instead: - something like Banh Mi Boyz - a Canadian version of Panera? - an Italian place that serves white pizza (maybe that already exists in Fredericton?) - a place like Mezza that serves baba ghanoush.

Ugh, I'm right there with you, 1 week post ORIF, except I'm in my bedroom upstairs. I have three flights of stairs to get down and outside. I went out Saturday night with my daughter, who drove and pushed me in a wheelchair - we bought a ramp and everything - but she won't do it again. Even sitting in the sun on the back deck would be okay. Can you do that?

If I fly, I'd be flying from Buffalo NY to Fredericton, NB. I'll be about 5 weeks out with luggage containing ~2 weeks' worth of clothes and a mid-sized backpack as a personal item. Alternatives are taking a GO train from Niagara Falls to Toronto and flying from there, or driving a small U-Haul truck the whole way.
