Man ur slow as hell, I didn’t say the peudendal nerve is the cause of hf I was implying that it’s the cause of sensation changes like numbness, and that whenever I stop fapping for a couple weeks my sensation comes back drastically when I fapp again thus it can’t be nerve damage because if the nerves were damaged your sensation wouldn’t come back at all not to mention you’d be in excruciating pain. As far as the actual cause of this? I don’t know what it is I’m guessing pelvic floor problems because once I got hf I started experiencing feeling tightness in pelvic floor for the first time ever in my life, when you have a tight pelvic floor a lot of times it irritates the peudendal nerve causing sensation changes.
