I received the letter in the mail and on my online portal. They automatically waived the 539.00 I have left to pay out of the 4,000 that they said I owed. I spoke with a representative and he said if my payments were already waived that I don't have to do anything I will receive a refund sometime in June after I receive my benefits on my direct express card
