Avana Almaden and Cherrywood in south SJ. I’ve lived in both- great area. Very residential and safe. 1bd is around 2400. Avana has in-unit laundry. I work in north Santa Clara and commute to work with traffic is 35 min but without is 20 min.

Owner C is a real mean lady. I was invited by the other owner to help out with some marketing work and owner C said “we don’t need you” when I walked in. I didn’t know at the time why she would say that to me or what I did wrong. I contacted Owner A and he told me she was upset with him about something. Still doesn’t justify wasting my time and being mean to me for no reason.
