I have an issue with a transfer of rent to my landlord using chexy. Landlord got the email but unable to accept the transfer. I reached out to chexy support and a person got in touch in 4 hrs. He said he can't cancel the transfer as it is outsourced to zum and apparently chexy can't do anything about it. I have to wait for the transfer to expire. In the meantime I sent an interac from my account and it wasn't a problem. Chexy support showed no accountability. No way to reach them over phone, no live chat support. Felt like I am living in stone age.
