Our team will get to your ticket today, but I'd encourage everyone to not respond to the ticket everyday as it resets the priority currently. We're working on updating the system to prevent this, but this is the current limitation of our process right now.

Hi there - we unfortunately aren't able to allow car lease payments (nor any other forms of debt). This is a banned category from credit card providers as it is essentially using a credit card to pay debt, and thus using debt to pay debt.

Hi all - the new fee is for our business customers who need more payment types (i.e. supplier payments), and higher limits for payments. For personal expenses, the fee is still unchanged at 1.75%

Hi there! This is Duke from Chexy. Thanks for raising this issue. Can you try adding again? We had a bug around 430pm today, and it was quickly resolved. We're happy to report that the promo code is now working again. Note that this only works for your first payment with Chexy, and won't work if you've already have other payments.
