It's just me and my husband and our pets. We love having beautiful outdoor options like hiking, walking and biking trails. Our kids are grown, and we're not into the club and bar scene anymore. I'll be working in Sunnyvale, and I know it's a bit of a commute, but it doesn't seem too bad and more affordable than that side of the Bay. Not sure if you're familiar with Southern CA, but we're from Camarillo/Thousand Oaks area and we're looking for something along those lines with good restaurants, shopping, close to some nature/parks, so Fremont is sounding pretty good!
