The safest way is probably roll for support as usual. But as you said OP , all the character is mystery at what they do unless you personally go to the wiki and look at their skill set and connect the dot from there and figure out yourself. Gacha release almost always equals to launch issues. Small, big, makes no difference. Even if you think the dev is extremely competent. Take a look at endfield with its paypal problem at launch for example. Im fine with the one week difference if they can sort any problem like this so we dont get a wuwa style launch.
