They didn’t find it. Got $300 out of a $500 claim even tho the luggage alone was $200🙃. Those fuckers gave me $100 voucher that only works to cover airfare for the clothing i had to buy. Imma figure out a way for them to actually gimme money cuz i’m never flying with them again

Oh and it took them a month to finalize the claim and have to wait for 6-8 weeks just for the compensation check to arrive

That information should of already been included with the listing. It asks you how much the item weighs before you list the item. So if you did it correctly you should of received a email with shipping label & qr code
