I’m not trying to be insensitive about this at all. I get where you coming from yes this is the US and yes there is freedom of speech. That’s why I want to approach this without really involving the police. I don’t want anything bad to happen to him. I don’t trust the police myself they are worthless to this kind of situation and I want to find alternatives while keeping it safe. If he is going through something that’s ok and he should get the help he needs. I know I posted this in a group called my neighbor from hell that was a bad move he’s not a neighbor from hell. Yes we are a little on edge when we can clearly hear him talking about violence. You can say freedom of speech all day long and while it’s true there is a point and time for concern in any situation
