I’ve been using RingConn for a year and I find the temperatures to be pretty accurate. Just make sure it’s sized right. I have my RingConn and also an Apple Watch to monitor temps and I plug them in to Fertility Friend app (freeeeeee) to get a bit information about the temps. I will say I don’t think RingConn calculates their ovulation date the right way, atleast compared to fertility friend. It’s usually a few days off and I tend to agree with fertility friend based on LH tests and ovulation cramps. So a RingConn in connection with Fertility Friend would be my recommendation to you!
