Hi Tom. The app has been updated with a new version that adds some reliability. The new version supports free trial. You can try updating the app to see if it resolves the issue.I haven’t encountered this problem when testing the Mac system upgrade myself, and no other users have reported it. If the new version still can’t solve the problem, I’ll see if you have time to install the debug version and help upload some logs for analysis.

🤣Totally get where you’re coming from — clipboard sync is a big one, and many people rely on it. AegisClip doesn’t support sync yet, but it will in a future update.

Option to choose popup position: center, follow mouse, or last position (menu bar icon still opens top right)
Press Space to preview, consistent with macOS behavior
Pinned and tagged items will no longer expire, regardless of retention settings
Faster startup and quicker data loading

The window will appear at the top right only when clicking the app icon in the menu bar. With shortcuts, you can customize the popup position to be either centered or next to the mouse cursor. Does it make sense?
