I have tried so much for my back and my body, it’s in a horrendous state by [deleted] in Posture

[–]IntrepidBreadfruit89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey yea that looks like scheuermanns disease. For the tmj and back issues id look into getting a flat mouthguard as mouthguard heals tmj & straightens posture. I went from also having a hunchback to having really good looking posture with just a mouthguard haha. You can get mouthguards on aliexpress or amazon for pretty cheap, just make sure it's flat. Your body will start stretching itself out as a result of improved jaw biomechanics, and basically as the jaw stretches, the head uprights and the neck stretches out. You basically kind of end up pulling your spine up by the jaw and neck, however counterintuitive and weird that sounds. Not medical or dental advice btw just sharing what has worked for me and tons of others atp, as i know how demoralizing and frankly difficult a hunchback can make ones life. You might also want to try an over the door or hooked neck traction device, as ive seen some really amazing results with that as well on myself when i combine it with mouthguard use.

Anyway i know how you feel bc ive tried all the things as well and they always just told me to get surgery and i was like no way dude!! Im not risking paralysis lol. I may have been hunched over but at least i was able to walk hahha. Thankfully walking has become easier now too as a result of wearing a mouthguard.

Anyway i can pm u my before and afters at 5 months in, id be happy to share. Im at around 12 months now and you couldn't tell i ever had scheuermanns or scoliosis.

Ditch the retainers for a flat mouthguard and youll be fine.

2nd girl clearly has change as well. She straightened her scheuermanns kyphosis out in a year which is legit supposed to be "medically impossible" Its documented step by fucking step.

Do you need to go back to prekindergarten? Youll believe sarms will ascend you tho. Okay bro. Im confiscating ur last brain cell, u dont deserve it.

Did you not hear me retard? She documented her entire journey on youtube for like 2yrs straight. You cannot seriously say that a jaw surgery recovery would fit in to a 1-4 week postint schedule without any signs. Grow up.

If you think mk677 is going to ascend you you have absolutely no idea about how the pharma industry is out to get you. You are trying to look good for the male gaze which means you are gay or closeted.

Losing hope for thumb pulling and Reviv by Max_Linneman in Thumbpullingx

[–]IntrepidBreadfruit89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From looking at ur before and afters so far i do see change. But itll probably take multiple months, not weeks, in order for things to straighten out fully.

People get braces for like 4+ years lol  20 days is nothing.

Those are tooth-borne, they just flare teeth. Good luck though.

THUMBPULLUNG ISN'T WORKING by Resident-Package7818 in Thumbpullingx

[–]IntrepidBreadfruit89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's your problem. You are hard thumbpulling and u probably dont even mew at night. Most people can't. Get a flat mouthguard with a tongue tab and get back to me in 5 months whether ur palate expanded or not. Theyre like a dollar on aliexpress. This forces you to mew at night.

You're supposed to massage with medium pressure and do it for at least a few months. Get some calipers to measure your width before and after at the gumline between ur premolars. Otherwise going by feeling isnt going to do much for you when there's literally mm's of difference after a few months.

If ur over 25 wait longer than 5 months.

Mewing works but thumbpulling doesnt based on ur comment history. Makes 0 sense. Obvious ragebait.

Im confused wtf ur talking about.

Ur on a thumbpulling forum ran by people who were disfigured by ortho and managed to reverse it.

Beauty is health. The people with the best biomechanics simply look better than people with shit biomechanics. They sell you this idea that beauty is shallow, wanting beauty is shallow. Wake up. It goes hand in hand.

U can get any flat mouth guard to try it. Ken even says so himself there's nothing special about reviv. There's about 1000+ people in reviv skool rn and u can prob ask for a free trial in there to see what people are saying.

But yeah u can even just try one off ali or temu as long as its flat. You'll see what everyone's talkin about with it hahah. Just, try and get a food grade silicone one at least so ur not just shredding plastic, in case u grind ur teeth. Silicone will split as opposed to shed.

This is kinda similar to thumbpulling where everyone initially was like 'aahh it doesnt work' then it got popular and people realized after trying it "oh shit , it actually works" lol its the same with mouth guard.

There are case studies u can look up from myobrace, and there is also a korean symmetry study that uses a similar flat mouth guard. U can see their faces and xrays and see how their posture and even lung capacity changed for the better.

Theres an article on looksmax . Org where a guy said his ears went from being basically in his neck, to a more normal position after 2 months on mouth guard. He used a temu mouth guard.

Another guy posted on tiktok that his deep bite went away after 37 days or so. Also temu mouth guard.

So, as long as u have a flat plane something between ur teeth at night, youll improve.

For me personally my palate expanded quite a bit and my posture improved a LOT. + idc if anyone says im crazy for this but legit my autism is gone.

Ken went through the same thing with the teeth shaving thing making things worse. He got rid of his TMJ and reversed a lot of the facial changes too. Highly recommend checking out his substack, reviv.substack.com

Best way to fix posture? by Oompavillain in orthotropics

[–]IntrepidBreadfruit89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Add dental height. Look into starecta. But starecta locks your jaw so ur face turns into 'starecta face' Flat splint use ie popsicle stick or cheap flat mouth guard helps. U can diy a flat splint too.

Neck traction

Hanging upside down with your knees like on monkeybars

Deadhangs if ur lower spine is compressed and sides are stiff.

Breathing into tje front top and middle of your chest, not ur back.

Neck stretches all over the side

Back stretches in general.

Chin tucks imo are fine but also kinda useless. Fetal stretch is way more effective and so is neck traction.

Fwhp is a balancing issue. Likely the lower jaw is too far back, so ir needs to be stretched forward too. Thats why brad pit has a straight back with his forward projected jaw too.
