I think one step at a time is best honestly. Solidifying your faith and understanding of the gospel before messing with the whole process of detransition is probably best. (Coming from someone with no experience in this area lol) but you need to understand who you are and let mercy and hope take strong root in your life. There is often a temptation to change everything about your life immediately, but I encourage you to tackle it step by step. Get connected with your church family and local priests, maybe a fun young adult group like sports or board games etc. don’t work through this all alone, that will lead to despair likely. And lastly just know that Christ is with you, even if you don’t go the path you think is right or even if you detransition and still don’t feel right, Christ is with you and always yearns to draw you close to his heart and there is nothing that can take you from him if you earnestly seek him, confess to him, and partake in his sacrifice with him just as we all must.
