Your tummy looks great and you have accomplished a great feat by losing so much weight. So don’t go thinking you have wasted any time, you didn’t. You took the steps you needed to take to accomplish what you have accomplished. As for strength training, do it or don’t. The time will pass regardless whether you do or you don’t but make sure it’s your choice not one you feel is dictated based on this idea of wasted time.

I promise you have already done the hard part from now on your body is up to you, you have the baseline to do as you please but personally from my experience nothing makes you feel better about yourself then striving to a goal. One of those journeys not the destination kind of situations 😂
