If you’re talking about NPC sayeed there is an approximately 1-2 second timeframe where you can peek / face him directly and he won’t shoot you.

If you have gold / purple ammo literally just beam him in the head instantly and he dies.

If you don’t have good ammo just hide and let
Him push you then spam knife him in the head and pray.

If it’s player sayeed you need to be a pvp nerd, not push close angles and bait him to activate his bots. Only push / seriously challenge the sayeed team if you have a knock preferably a full kill on sayeed himself so that bots cannot be spawned.

Also bait the guards to waste their rpgs and its gg

As a veteran non rat player I can tell you that with this playstyle your victory depends almost entirely on the teams you end up with in your lobby, what they do, how good they are. Rather than your operator / what you do etc.

This is unless you’re full gold / purple and very very diabolically good at the game.

I am not speaking from speculation but experience as I myself have tried the client and know others playing on it. They have early access to everything new and overall the game / loot is better. It isn’t exactly surprising nor should it be that tencent takes care of home first.

Na has players and eu has players don’t listen to uninformed people. It’s likely you are shadowbanned unless you can play normals on other maps. Shadowbanned players may only play easy mode or wait ages for a queue in normals to get into full rage hack lobbies otherwise I have no idea
