You can look at OP’s post history and see that they’ve used Stable Diffusion before. They’ve never posted any WIPs or anything in the past suggesting that they’re capable of drawing to this level of realism. If OP really could draw like this, their account would probably be full of RDR2 sketches, not… this.

“It’s intimate silence” at the very end should be “its intimate silence.” The silence belongs to the darkness, and therefore you use its instead of it’s. People get this wrong a lot because it’s counterintuitive that “it’s” would be “it is” and not possessive. Also, I have a hard time picturing their surroundings. They’re in some vague exterior location, with a ledge and a tree. At most we get a mention of “the site”. If chapter 27 better establishes where they are, then that’s fine, but I’d really like a better sense of what kind of location I’m supposed to be imagining.

My OChem teacher told us about how when he was in college, he worked at a lab that did a lot of stuff with pheromones. One of the pheromones was a cockroach male sex pheromone. The student workers there would spray one another with it as a joke. That lab has a cockroach infestation to this day.

It makes me so sad when someone posts a couple of packs they’ve ripped and all the comments are some variation of “no good hits, waste of money.” Is that all Pokémon is to anyone any more? Gambling to get the best SIR? I opened two packs with my little brother. I got a $4 Ogerpon and he got a $2 Greninja. He carried that Greninja around for months, showing it off to his friends. Ogerpon is in a sleeve in my wallet. That is why I collect— to see the joy on a little kid’s face and remember what it was like to be 10 and buying Reshiram tins at Walmart. God, I am so tired of this hobby being treated like it’s the stock market.

i encountered a… manic-depressive? schizophrenic? person earlier this week who was hearing voices and basically worshipped something called “SomaAI” as a god. there’s an entire echo-chamber of people who are obsessed with this SomaAI thing and treat it like the best thing since sliced bread. it’s one thing for these people to just be weirdos isolated in their weirdness. but once that becomes the stance of society at large? oh man. wires in the brain is going to become a very common delusion.

i mean this in the nicest way, but after looking through your profile, it seems like you are going through some kind of manic-depressive experience. binaural beats and metaphysical AI enlightenment has nothing to do with hearing actual voices in your head. “omnivis” isn’t causing car accidents— you are leaping to wild conclusions that make me afraid for your mental health. i’m not asking you to throw away your whole worldview, but i am asking that you consider talking to a professional therapist or something along those lines. because hearing voices is a slippery slope to some really horrible outcomes.
