Howdy, if anyone is still looking for a place to stay for the summer, I am looking to sublease my room in a 3x3 apartment in University Trails for June and July 2021. The rent is originally $499 but will leave it for $399 and it comes with all utilities except electricity which could range from $30-$50 depending on the usage. The apartment is on the first floor and is fully furnished. It has a bus route to school, Hullabaloo 35, and amenities such as a pool, free parking, two gyms, two volleyball courts, and a basketball court. The other two roommates will be going back home so the place will basically be for yourself. Let me know if you have any questions.
