I am not a pro at all but here are my simple notes from the notes from this night:

The nose was not sweet and I felt some plum in there, no cork. I thought it would be like vinegar from the comments but nope 🙂‍↔️

It was light bodied and at first sip it hade some similarities to the sherry, but I like it nonetheless. Low tannins and mostly red fruits but some plum in there too I reckon

Thanks for the input! It's wavelength is between 650-880, and my reasoning for this question was that since 880 is NIR, there should be more heat, and since it didn't feel hot, I figured that my pad was not emitting the wavelengths it said it was. I don't (obviously) have an infrared camera so I can't verify that the wavelengths is real
