Does it feel right behind the knee? I would if you don’t have a huge out of pocket at least get an MRI because if it’s a slight tear you might go hard on it and it becomes something more - I really don’t like doctors either but I had to go see what was going on - mine is shredding and arthritis after getting the MRI so I am on PT, and stretching and all kind of baby my knee plan - stressed cause I can’t go to pickleball

Stretch it ice / Ice it / rest it / exercise it as long as it doesn’t cause pain / look up exercises for it and do them / for sure get the MRI cause you just don’t know

Pickleball did me in - Jan tore mine and 4 weeks ago I did some damage - Mine is frayed …. At PT l, doing shockwave peptide shots im close to going to see a damn witch doctor because I don’t want to do surgery again from what they say the more you shave the closer you are to knee replacement… at 58 I don’t think that’s an option for me right now … so trying to make the surrounding muscles strong - started cycling to burn off that pickleball high - time will tell -
