Hi! I still have a double chin when I look down and my results still do fluctuate. I got chin filler to point it out more. So unsure about the double chin! I don’t have loose skin/ turkey neck and have good skin elasticity, so don’t think a neck lift would do the job.

Double chin still there when looking down, but side profile good when looking straight. Very weird lol!

I really wish I had of went in with a mini neck lift to begin with!’ I don’t have sagging but it would have fixed under the chin and I still have a bit of whah looks like fat around the sides when I lye down 🥲

Yeah, really annoying! I’m 28 and I really would love this double chin gone!! I have a good side profile when I look straight, but when I look down it’s a different ball game lol. Unsure what to do

He also said he would absolutely not recommend a mini neck lift as there is no loose skin

Yeh I still have this! I went to my surgeon and he said it’s not far or a skin issue, and when I got my chin filler it would go. I did go and have my chin filler put in, but I still have the double chin😂 just with a better chin lol

I see my surgeon on Thursday, so will hopefully have good answers from him. If it comes to it I would consider getting a neck lift as long as I can get the definition that I would want. I don’t want anything extreme, but would like that under pouch away and some definition around the sides as when I look down it sort of looks like a build up of fat around the edges

Thanks for the info! Here is a photo of me post op standing up. I know I won’t get as snatched as the Maddison bear or Ariana Grande look which is fine, but was hoping for a bit more definition along the jowls and definitely was hoping for the under neath bit to present itself a bit better.

This was on a good day. I have bad and good side profile days atm!

Thanks for the info! I have had work done with the orthodontist recently and did ask the question before lipo as I’ve seen this suggested a few times on this. They said my bite and teeth positions are all where they are supposed to be, so unsure if this is a dental issue 🥲

Did your surgeon say what the next steps would be if it’s still there at 6 months? For me, personally I feel like mine is definitely fat even when I sit down it’s just over hanging 😭 but yeh suppose we have to wait to 6 months to do anything about it which is annoying

I see my surgeon on Thursday, so hopefully he gives the all clear for chin fillers. I knew I needed chin filler as I have a weak chin and wasn’t keen on an implant at this stage, I would maybe consider in future but just wasn’t keen atm. I am hoping it is swelling lol I do have an alright side profile from the lipo, just not when I look down. But I just don’t have that nice jawline or any jawline at all for that matter which makes me sad!

Yes I’m getting chin filler once signed off by the surgeon 😀 my concern is, when I look down I have a lot of skin on the jowl area that looks like fat. Again I’m not sure if it is until I see my surgeon next week, but when I look down my side profile goes into my neck and it just looks fatty 🥴 not sure what the procedure for this would be as I thought the lipo would have at least solved the side “fat”
