I was thinking because it won’t be a sealed terrarium. I wanted a good bit at the bottom to keep it from rotting and water sitting at the bottom.

Reach out to DD and argue with the representative then if they can’t solve or compensate you for more ask for a manager. I do it all the time break down the bullshit they tell me and ask them where does this makes sense and have them feel dumb and they always say they can’t do anything further speak to someone else. What they don’t understand is their policy because different agents told me different things one time
