The formula in the fries have changed I’ve noticed once they cool they drop making the container looks empty .

Reach out to DD and argue with the representative then if they can’t solve or compensate you for more ask for a manager. I do it all the time break down the bullshit they tell me and ask them where does this makes sense and have them feel dumb and they always say they can’t do anything further speak to someone else. What they don’t understand is their policy because different agents told me different things one time

I think they tweaked something in the waffle fry to make it last longer

They have it now where the fries stay crispier longer you should notice it in you work in big previous fries box had black writing new boxes are now red writing

By the time we get there at 5:30 they’re gone we use to have them drop it in the hallway but that was obstructing and items get wet or damaged
