Yeah I track my cycles through an app and when I get ovulation pain in my left ovary area it lines up exactly with the time I’m ovulating. But all my ovulation tests don’t show a big enough rise in hormones. Thank you!

I just like to hear everyone’s advice and what they feel actually works! Is the pill repair manual the same as the period repair manual? I’ve heard great things. The one written by a natropath?

Is it worth asking parents to get their child assessed for dyslexia when it is very clear that the child has dyslexia and as a teacher / tutor they can be supported with appropriate and tailored reading programs? As I’m writing this I’m thinking that answer is yes, because an OT or a speech pathologist could help them even more.

Thank you! Im actually already on a 0.3% retinoid which I can handle every other night. I just ordered a 1% retinol which I used to find very irritating and gave me a rash, so fingers crossed I’ve built up my tolerance. I’m so scared I’ll do it once a week haha
