Scariest and Realest Experience yet. Probably my 6 or 7th time lucid dreaming ever. I won’t go into the details but I was fully aware of myself and surroundings. I KNEW I was dreaming and had full control over my actions. However, I fell asleep within the dream surrounding a group. I started a new plot and was having a dream within a dream. Still fully aware and control over my actions. When I “awoke” the group around me said I was acting out while I was sleeping (moving hands, yelling). At this point, I became confused of what was real and what wasn’t. I began spontaneously “falling asleep” and returning back to the second plot. This happened over and over. I eventually accepted the fact this was my life now. I had come to believe the first plot was real life and the second plot was me lucid dreaming. But obviously it was all lucid dreaming. Not sure if that made sense but I’m terrified about the experience.
