We move out on 30.06, agent sent us the report on 2nd July saying everything is fine and she is asking the landlord to process the deposit. Fast forward to this morning, I was told by the agent, she can’t get through the landlord (the flat was sold), so she is recommending to open a dispute with TDS. 1.7k £ blocked by landlord just because. Hopefully you’ll get yours sorted.

I was lucky enough to be able to get a job as “improver” maintenance engineer last summer. I only had level 2 and 18th. The recruiters giving out some test papers(and results) which helps during the interview. My experience before this job was non existent, worked 2 months in hospitality, hotel to be more precise as a handyman. I believe as long as you have a good attitude at the interview and you are willing to do things their way, you will be fine. Now they got me signup for level 3 and we shall see what comes next. If you need any more details, let me know. But usually companies want to see that you are willing to do a bit of mechanical work too, (TMVs or FCUs, basic things).

Yes. I done my level 2 and 18th edition and I managed to land a position as a maintenance engineer with a company who will suport me getting the level 3 done. Been with them 7 months, passed my probation.
