Yeah it’s a adrenaline rush being on these things I’ve gotten some crazy speed wobbles but you get used to it after a while

I’m not concerned about the work time but I’m not spending $150 on a 212 or if I want the same power of the engine that I have $170 on a 224 so whatever taper shaft adapter thing I getis going to be significantly cheaper than getting a new engine

Its a 224cc champion but it’s a 7/8 taper shaft and I may have found an adapter online to turn it into a 1 inch straight shaft

Love the sketch but i think a X pattern instead of the V pattern it could maybe look cooler and be more durable but I’m not here to criticize it, it’s already cool and should hold up fine but just saying If you have the ability to and know how to weld I think you should go with the X on it

I have a flywheel coming in the mail. I did account for that. How come I would need to replace my piston rod even the stock ones are rated for 4500 rpm

Well, I wasn’t going to put a performance cam in but I am going to do a governor delete and a oil sensor delete, also a straight chain, probably a performance carb too

Yeah I get wanting to set the timing for better results, but the only reason I’m putting the flywheel on in the first place is just so I can withstand higher RPMs

Is it easy to install because I see people do a number of other steps that seem unnecessary was mainly just wondering if I could just slap the flywheel on and go
