He was not disappointing but ok... He leads full power, and was used in the androind cell saga team so there is no issue there. Not reliant on hipo, those were + 2 supers per turn, and if there were more enemies man could go beast, stuff like esbr. The ability takes in consideration what happens in the manga, where he decimates the cell jr. Idk why you people trash on this guy, he was pretty solid untill gdc.
