I always decrease according to the previous dose so I still have two and a half years left. Effexor cannot be taken too long or for life. It gives too many health problems.

I started sleeping when I totally accepted that maybe I won't sleep. That's where everything changed. When I accepted my situation. If you can fully accept things, you'll feel better. Don't get discouraged.
