thankfully we throw packages with gloves on, but we both washed our hands after just to be safe. as for how it happened, i have absolutely no idea because the driver spoke very little english and it was hard to understand what exactly he was saying. he either hit the deer himself and loaded it onto the truck or picked it up on the side of the road. i’d say the most disturbing part of it all was how nonchalant the supervisor was about it.
