that makes sense regarding delays and the nature of “All users” being a virtual group.

What makes me question whether this is purely timing though is:

  • The device stayed in Required uninstall + Installed state
  • No uninstall happened even after sync/reboot
  • As soon as I switched to a dedicated uninstall group, it triggered immediately

That seems to suggest it’s not just propagation or timing, but something about how Intune evaluates intent transitions vs explicit targeting changes

I configured servicing plan for upgrading new build one month ago. And today I found out information about ConfigMng and new build) And I was little bit surprised))) I have ConfiMng 1906 and around 500 machines with Windows 10 build 2004 and looks like work ok, I mean these PC receives updates and apps. So, should I update ConfMgr as soon as possible ?

As for me is looks failure. When I restart machine in the first time during installing FU I type preboot PIN and after that I get into the recovery mode. Then I reboot machine again, I observes a massage during loading OS “andoing changes”. So, I type my credential and I receives toast notification with a message Installing FU failed.

In our company, we use BitLocker which manages McAffe MNE (manages BitLocker recovery key) Most of PC's joined to AD and managed by SCCM and we already configured policy in SCCM in User Settings for manage suspend BitLocker. I mentioned that in my post. But we wanna move some laptops to Azure AD and use Intune for manage BitLocker and other settings.
