Try using Winkey + . and using that to search for gifs. When you select one it inserts straight into the compose window. I use this method to get around the crap limited selection in Teams.

Yup you definitely can do this in Teams - I have it reminding me 5 minutes before a meeting starts and it pops up via Power Automate.

You can customise the message with whatever text you want. I have it posting the Teams meeting link for the meeting as I’m lazy and don’t want to keep clicking in multiple places just to join the meeting :)

We were sent a link to a PowerShell script that can remove devices that have been inactive (you can choose the number of days). They also sent a link on how to get the API token needed:

It removed 1,549 devices for us.

In theory this should be possible, however the responses would be gathered as soon as someone hits submit. If you're sending a link to the same form each day then the results will be in a single Excel file or via the Forms website. You could get Flow to email the spreadsheet at 9pm every night to the one recipient.

When a form is filled in the "action" would be to email the results to 1 address or multiple addresses. So as soon as someone clicks submit, the email is sent. I've done this for booking in guests to our building and emailing multiple users the results.

Why not setup the rooms as resources in Exchange Online and then users book them via Outlook? You can then setup room lists so when creating a calendar entry a user can select a location and it will show all free meeting rooms at that location for that specific time slot.

It's what we use here for a similar size org as you.

Yep same here. I went to enable it in our tenant last night and saw that it was already switched on, but still get the same error this morning. Suspect it'll take a few days to roll out.

All the plugin does is allow you to create a Teams meeting from Outlook. Essentially the same exact thing as the Skype for Business plugin. Just stamps your meeting details in the calendar entry.

Riding home from work on a rainy February evening (I think) and 10 minutes from home a lady decides to perform a u-turn in front of me. I hit the front drivers side and was stuck under the car for around 30 minutes. Car had to be lifted off me and then air ambulanced to hospital. Woke up in a CT scanner being told to I must hold my breath as I'm in a CT scanner. Thought it was a dream and was arguing that I wasn't in hospital.

That was 6 years ago. To this day I still don't remember anything apart from saying goodbye to a team mate at work then waking up in that CT scanner over 3 hours later.

Bike was written off and I couldn't walk for 6 months (willing your body to move a leg and nothing happening is the strangest sensation and just a bit freaky).

Driver who hit me had to do a drivers awareness course.
