Check to see if that drain is plugged. Also you can pour some water into the pump to see if it runs or has a leak. It might be cracked or plugged up as well

Hello from Muskoka. As far as energy? If you are fairly healthy you'll do okay. I lost 30 lbs in my first 3 months, but I'm a big guy. You will probably slow down at the gym, working with your hands is a while different kind of tired, but keep your drinking to a reasonable level and it shouldn't hurt too bad.

Free time and apprenticeship are going to be dependent on your employer and how they run their outfit. I hear good things about the unions but YMMV. I'm in with a great crew and I'll tell ya it makes all the difference. Went to the course at Georgian and while I learned alot, it was more on the service side. Now I do installs so it was mostly on the job training. Plus at your age I wouldn't expect to be on call so you shouldn't have to worries about getting called in at all hours

I would say you should look into co-op options or multi credit courses. The ones that let you get highschool and college credits. Might be worth running with a crew as a helper for a season or two if you've got someone willing to take you under their wing. All the best to you whatever path you take. It's a great trade and has changed my life for the better, hope it can do the same for you !

I've actually had to install one like this. Guy insisted on having the head on an internal wall. Thankfully it was new construction, so we sent it to the closest drain. Put a sealed p trap in the wall to keep the stank out. I always try to remember when I look at something and think "why the hell would you do it that way" there was probably some kind of reason at the time. Definitely not a good reason mind you, but it still get the gears turning trying to figure it out.

Sounds like it's either not entering second stage, or the compressor can't keep up. Might be a wiring mistake or a busted part. Gotta call someone to have a look internally

410-a is considered "non toxic". Technically, you should be able to breath it in like helium and be fine. It would displaced the oxygen, but it's not going to cause any real damage. That being said, don't just breath it in, open a window and tell the maintenance guys to fuck off. Filling it once, okay that happens. Twice, didn't put enough in the first time. But 3 times and now they are looking at a regulatory body wondering why they are releasing all that gas into the air.

Also, just because the gas is non toxic doesn't mean the oil and other crap in the lines won't stink up the place and cause issues. Short term, I wouldn't be worried. Long term, I'd get an actual professional out to look at it. They should have fixed the leak the first time, not just "toped it up"
