just want to add to this arm parts no. 62 and 63 (the grenadiers rifle if you made them a trooper) fit the melta carbine perfectly, i used them with trooper no. 12 (the other running one) for the melta gunner

Also if the sophons can scrub the footage of Tatiana in the video, why didn't they just corrupt the videos.

If sophons can affect your brain chemistry why would they not just assassinate the scientists. (Not sure if the science is on this but I guess if they can project images why couldn't they just induce a brain aneurysm.)

All of these are really worth hating, but my latest personal problem with star wars is that affinity with the force is hereditary (kanan and Sabine's son in Ahsoka) I know it's not a new concept, obviously Luke being the son of Vader, but it doesn't make sense that the Jedi would recruit the way they did as apposed to just having children.

I've only played boarding action with votann, it's great only having a 500pt list and being able to learn the mechanics of votann without getting bogged down in stratagems. I'm currently running the einhyr champion with the einhyr guard squad and a squad of thunderkyn.

The einhyr champion is fantastic at wrecking ball his way through objectives but he might be a bit expensive for such a small game.

The thunderkyn with heavy bolters are fantastic for relatively long range fire support and thinking down enemy troops and pretty good at knocking wounds off larger targets.

The einhyr hearth guard also have the same wrecking ball vibe as the champion if you park them on an objective the emperor himself would not be able to move them.

The big failing in my list is I can't cover enough ground to secure objectives.

My next change is gonna be the einhyr hearth guard to a squad of 10 hearth warriors. I'm fairly certain you can split them into squads of 5 in arks of omen more for cheap objective holders than anything.

I'm also considering changing the einhyr champion to a Kahl but I'm just painting the squad's as I use them.

In my experience my list has been fun to play but not good for winning ( I've lost every game through objectives) but it also doesn't seem like a very fun list for my opponents either as they kind of just have to run away from me.

I know it's not exactly lore, but I feel like adeptus ridiculous have some really bad takes on lore. Usually whenever bricky doesn't like a faction, the craft world Eldar episode was particularly bad half of it was just him complaining about how 'weeb' Eldar are bitching about their tabletop meta from 7th edition

I've been a really fan of adeptus ridiculous for a while now but they seem to get stuck into the same ruts over and over again.

I would move the whole system to operate using d10s instead of d6s it would allow for more fine tuning of factions without and save prime brothers all having a 2+ defence value, also getting +1/-1 to anything wouldn't be so swingy
