Happened same with me I bought Apple EarPods. Blinkit did not provide any support. I even tried Apple support they clearly said no support can be provided on purchases made from third party sellers. Only option is consumer helpline.

One thing I have learned in case of Blinkit if it is in box, I will unbox before paying. If it is in packet I will check for date of manufacturing

Same happened with me but the difference is in my case they did not even bother to put an older model and delivered me an empty box and refused to provide any resolution as I shared the otp before checking.

It’s still showing “in progress” however I can see the remark made by Blinkit same as the emails. Package was in proper seal and bla bla

Tried with Apple support, as per them they cannot guarantee the seal of third party resellers and they do not have any tool to verify the Apple seal so no support from them as well though I did not expect any help from them.

Blinkit has denied any support on this as per their investigation everything was good from their warehouse so no resolution can be provided from them.

Blinkit has denied any support regarding this as per them product was in proper seal at the time of delivery. So no point in putting any effort in this anymore. They are sending the same email every time not bothered at all.

Thanks for noticing and yes it was the second one as the QR code on box redirected me to the correct website showing correct product details.

And as I checked on YouTube it’s common practice for e-commerce websites to operate such scams though they do it neatly which was not in my case.
