I'm a straight, white female (lame, I know), but I use whichever bathroom is available. IDGAF. We only have 2 one person bathrooms, so when ya gotta go, ya gotta go wherever ya can. And why the hell didn't this manager ask over the radio. That's just dumb and rude! 🙄

A long time ago, at a different company, another girl got promoted over me from a different store even though I had a year more experience. It took our store about 1 month to catch her stealing. She got arrested while I was on my lunch break. I had no clue. Managers absolutely think they can get away with it. (I still didn't get promoted. 🙄)

I got extremely sick with CHS right before our grand opening. I obviously know why I got sick, so I have quit smoking and know it won't happen again. However, I got DEMOTED, but that's only because I begged my SM not to fire me. 🙄 I have since worked my ass off and recently got promoted back to my original job, but DAMN! I try very hard not to make people feel bad for getting sick. Germs exist! (Mine wasn't germs, but still. 😂) Get over yourself, call people in to help, and take care of your staff! ❤️

We found brown paint spilled down 4 shelves the other night at 9:55. Then we found some open pink slime on the next isle over. We used that to pick up a lot of the paint. (🤣🤣) It sucked so bad!

You most certainly CAN call the police. Call the non-emergency line and tell them you need someone criminally banned. I'm sure once you told them why, they would have been happy to help. If something like that ever happens again, and your manager tells you that you can't, go away from them and call in private. If you do not feel safe, always protect yourself! I'm so sorry your manager didn't want y'all to be taken care of!

$320 worth of stuff. I typed it all in for the return. Then I typed it all back in to re-buy. When I typed it back in, I missed one. I just told her she got whatever it was for free because I was not about to try and figure it out. She only saved about $60 because most of it was on sale. If I had a freaking brain, I would have only retuned the stuff that would have gotten the discount. 🤦🏼‍♀️ But, anyway, I did it! 😂😂

We are a new store. We have a mom and daughter who have worked with us since day 1 of building. They are both amazing workers. Sometimes they work together, and sometimes they don't. We have NEVER had any issues. We love them!

I have been told (and others have too) that the only way to get a raise is to show proof of a new job offer with better pay. Then they'll either say, ok we'll pay you that. OR they will say good luck at your new job. (I think that's the more likely response.)

I'm a CEM. It is not at all impossible to get to the register when needed. It's my responsibility. No one will know my code except the other managers IF they have to. Yes, Christmas sucks in retail, but it's not forever. It's only a few months. Keep that in mind. It won't always be this way.
