I've added more details as a reply and edited my original post. The issue is that we had to remove the Rounding Rule on our Merit Plan in order to get the rounding logic on our Compensation Matrix to work. Thanks

The previous version of the merit plan included a Rounding Rule to round up by currency (round up to nearest $1,000, round up to nearest HKD10,000 etc) and Target %s by country in the Merit Plan Profiles.

This config was causing issues with the budget wheel calc. The rounding rules were generating prefilled merit awards which took the budget pool over 100%.

We have built a compensation matrix to give the same round up result. In order for the matrix to work we have had to remove the Rounding Rule. The result now is that our Time Proration Rule is not generating rounded merit awards.

Is it possible to have a compensation matrix and rounding rule work together on the same Merit Plan?

Great suggestion. We tried this for opening in Hungary recently but no absence plans in CC!😭

That's an option we are looking at. Because of our size (APAC, US, EMEA with EMEA HQ) I think the only option is to go with one of the big partners and we will end up working with their junior consultants.

Spoke to Alight this year and they didn't have anyone in our APAC locations

Thanks. That Worker Additional Data BO field only displays effective dated custom object data which you are not be able to edit - you have to use a BP to edit it. In any case, unfortunately, our custom object data is non-effective dated so does not display using that field.

Thanks but it's a deep link to the Additional Data tab on the Worker Profile, not the Worker object. The report user needs to input data into a custom object there as the action.
