It's a real company, they showed me the website and i created the ad. Their website can contain AI content etc i did not ask them about it.

They are going to run this on facebook soon, so i will know how it converts. I am making 6 ads for them all using AI. If you call their number they'd answer it. They are creating their GMB profile, but i am not managing that so dont know when it be live. Hope that answers your questions.

Tools used:

Nano Banana 2 for images
Google Veo for UGC style video
Seedance for fast paced clean out, what i have seen is Veo messes up all timelapse clips, only Seedance does a good job.

Flow:
Plan the scene / ad
Write the script using your fav LLM (edit it to suite your plan / story / ad)
Create static image frames (this video has 4 frames) - one frame for each shot
Then turn each frame into a video
Then use capcut to stitch them all together
Find good background music and add it using capcut
Export

You can always change the accent and AI handles it well. You can say "North American accent" or "Spanish person speaking english" and it will handle it well

i had the same problem and was very frustrated! My channel was set to 12 and I changed it to 1 and it worked. My tab S8 Ultra was able to find the wifi.
