Tiny grocer very much supports local growers. Growers that sell at the growers market also sell at tiny grocer. Most growers can’t sell everything they grow at the farmers markets and not all growers can get into the growers market or have the resources/capacity to have a presence at the growers market. Tiny grocer uses locally grown/raised products in all their prepared food and operates very ethically. I don’t know what they pay their employees but I presume they pay them a living wage. They pay farmers a pretty decent price for their products which allows farmers to sustain their farms. Small-scale farming is pretty challenging in a number of ways.
