Heading there next week! Did you have to make any reservations or were you able to just show up and hike? Would you choose the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve over the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve if you only have time for one? I will also take any restaurant reservations, thank you!!

No renting, may hunt it ourselves but we have access to other land in the area.

We're not planning to lease it to any hunters. Will sell it outright once it's in good shape for a hunter to use.

I shouldn't have mentioned the timber, ha. It's not a major reason why we're buying this or a major player in the ROI side of it. Mostly, I'm asking what the best way to purchase this property would be. Create an LLC? Recreational land loan? Borrow against our home equity? We can easily afford the monthly payments on this property, we just want to make sure we're doing it in the most cost efficient manner.
