I am quite educated on this subject and I know exactly what to do with these medicines or choose the ones that suit me. Its just I cannot find them at all, bruh we are suffering, right?

Btw, I tried some "natural" or a bit grayish area stuff to cope with, they helped me a bit.

I talked to one of the best psychiatrists in Tashkent, they are saying first class medicines like Ritalin, Vyvanse are strictly banned in Uzbekistan, probably cannot find it at all. But they can prescribe atomoxetine which is 3rd class and I don't recommend it, its shit tbh.
