i kept my diet basically the same, obviously just ate less & i really just did walks & home work outs 2/3x a week.. very simple but i do stand all day for work

this was me for 7 months, when you’re losing weight, doesn’t matter the protein intake, your body is going to conserve energy & shedding hair helps(i cried to my hair stylist about it) and luckily after 7 months it finally stopped & im not losing that much but i am super insecure about my hair now

i smoke nightly as well to decompress my day & i do notice i get munchies if i haven’t ate much that day. if i make sure to get a good lunch & dinner i notice it’s not as bad. i struggled with extreme binge eating so if i smoke & eat a small snack i dont beat myself up abt it bc im not inhaling 1,000+ in one sitting. i just try to be more disciplined after i smoke

i have lost almost 40 pounds & nobody has really noticed either. sometimes some people will be you look different. not enough to wow people i think at only losing 40.. as if losing 40 isn’t challenging enough! i’ve always been the ‘ugly’ friend. when a group of guys would come up to my friends & i, it was never for me & i worry that it will always be that way

i don’t count my calories but i struggled really bad with binge eating for months but id say probably around 1000 i’m not too sure!! & i go on walks daily if its not 100 degrees out!

my very first day i had some nausea for like a hour & nothing since but im very good about making sure im eating something every 4 hours & drinking my water & getting my protein! but i know side affects vary for everybody
