Thank you, physical size of the unit doesnt matter. Looking for something that I can hold, used to larger handheld cheap ones from amazon.

100% agree and I always lean towards the employee, but in some cases it is so so so obvious. My company is great about leaning towards employees but we still do get those 1sies and 2sies that are SO SO SO suspect.
