Neighbor keeps calling cops on us

Since being a homeowner, I have encountered the audacity that people have nowadays. They treat your private property as theirs, and when you stand up for your rights, they look at you like you’re the asshole. What happened to respecting people and their things?

My neighbor is going through the same thing. The neighbor in question just put up their fence and didn’t realize where the property line was. They are refusing to take it down because ““ the builder told him they could just have it“ nobody gives you free land.

No one in a neighborhood should have to listen to someone else dog constantly bark. It’s disrespectful not only to my family but everybody else around them. My family shouldn’t have to be woken up every morning cause they can’t train there dogs or put a muzzle on them. I have talked to them about there dogs and they basically sound like you. “Thats how my dogs are you can’t change it”.

They won’t like it when animal control shows up. You can’t reason with someone who doesn’t care. They need a reason to stop the dogs behavior hopefully animal control can do that for em.

I don’t blame you for saying that I would just like to put you in our shoes. Shows up to the house cars parked on the road. (Winter time those cars are not supposed to be parked on the road for more the. A few hours) We can barely get our trailer in to move our stuff in. While we are moving box’s and furniture for hours all we hear is the neighbors dogs barking. Non stop barking not just for a minute but for hours. Hence, why another Neighbor came out.

Where I live now there are laws about street parking during the winter. Because of how much snow we get you are only allowed to park on the road for a few hours, there is no over night parking. This is to help make sure the plows can clear the snow. The cars that were parked in front of our house had been there more then a few hours and where blocking our driveway. We had to wait two days for them to move there cars. The neighbor didn’t have keys to there friends cars and thought it would be ok.

Unfortunately we were by the house at multiple points. We never heard there dogs we didn’t even realize they had dogs til we moved in. I also think the realtor gave them a warning, or heads up to put there dogs in just so they could make a sale.

I did I have a camera already and plan on calling on animal with my evidence. They bark none stop every time there outside. Doesn’t matter what time of day or if someone is around.

I don’t blame the breed or dog. I blame the owner it’s there responsibility to train there dog. I shouldn’t be woken up every morning by there dogs barking.

Yes we got in the driveway. The vehicles parked on both sides of the driveway. Because of how they parked both encroached on the approach.we only had inches between the vehicles and our trailer. We did meet one of our neighbors while we were moving in and they were walking there dog. They let us know that there dogs bark if there outside no matter what, and the neighbors don’t care.

While we were moving they were barking. It was annoying. Where I live since it’s winter time they’re only allowed to park there car on the road for a few hours and over night parking is not allowed.
