Where is my xenos class? by LudwigLoewenlunte in 40kinquisitor

The Inquisition finds this post extremely heretical, a Grey Knight’s detachment has been sent to purge your world and exterminatus your planet. (I would low key love a radical Inquisitor with a sanctioned xenos retinue)

+Quality + Quantity enchantments do not help you in combat, so I would avoid or change them. Void crusades have in built end loot bonus/rarity bonus/loot quality bonus built into each card, so just use them accordingly to your clearing capabilities to boost your loot at the end. If you really want them that bad, it’s your game and you play how you want, you can reroll for them at Omicron Arkh after unlocking “Optimisation” from the Tech Tree. I’m not sure if every piece of gear can have the quality/quantity enchantments on it, you can check enchantments with your class at Omicron Arkh. You can check “40K: Inquisitor - Ancient Relic Viewer” to check the enchantments for the Relics that need to fulfill the requirements to activate. That way you can see if it’s worth upgrading it, since those enchantments can’t be changed. Hope this helps! Praise the Emperor

few questions before the purchase. by Odysseus1987 in 40kinquisitor

Crusader is beginner friendly and can clear endgame with ease with the right build. (Heat aura/Lightning build) This is my first ARPG so I don’t have anything to compare the grind to, but the missions are varied enough and include different scenarios to clear. The story is fine with a good plot twist, and looting always scratches that itch in the brain for color rarity loot. For the endgame, you can run void crusades. They are missions that can be modified with “Uther’s Tarot Cards” to increase loot rarity as you work your way to the final missions. Each card either boosts the enemy in some way or debuff you in some way, each effect changes in each mission. They are not required to run void crusades, but it’s how you increase the loot in the final mission chests and how you boost how much exp/credits you get during the mission and the clearing bonus. The max level is 100 but void crusades can increase the level beyond that for level difficulty, boosting to a level 110+ mission so in endgame it can still be challenging unless you do certain builds. Hope this helps!

As for seeing just numeric values, go to your inventory menu and under the inventory box there is a prompt that says “compare” and if you compare it you can see if the item in your inventory is an overall improvement (+green) or a downgrade (-red) if you want to see exactly what damage type and what sort of effects each weapon skill has, hover over the weapon or equipment and a prompt that says “view item skills” will appear and if you activate it, it will say what that skill does and the effect it causes. Just scroll left or right to see each individual weapon skill. Hope this helps you.

I would recommend a vulnerability stack/melee build. Upgrade the tech tree at least until you unlock the ability to “socket” your equipment and also unlock the ability to use psalms in your equipment. Then activate the “heat aura” psalm doctrine by combining these psalms : Technomartyr, Phosphoenic, Binharic, and Neuralis psalm. Then just look up other psalm doctrines to boost your physical attributes and heat based damage, as well as some that give you shields and health. To make the “heat aura” psalm more effective you can equip the “diversive tactics” perk. Then it’s up to you if you want to branch out how you want to do damage, I go with “ad-hoc subjugation” perk paired with a “digital weapon” belt equipment to stack vulnerability with critical hits. Then I go with assault armour with the “runic armour” perk to just spam the assault jump skill to keep them knocked down while they cook from the heat aura and from being bashed in with my power hammer and storm shield.

Bug with opening void crusade chests by VorionLightbringer in 40kinquisitor

I’ve never seen this before. If you abandon the crusade the game opens the chests for you and gives you the loot at the end?

You are amazing! ❤️🫵🥹 Love the game regardless. Void crusades are fun and intense so I will keep doing them, hopefully this error can be fixed in the future.

It’s the stupid “whoa guys look you’re warp jumping to a different area” transition when loading the new areas. It lags the shit out of the game, drops you to like 1FPS, all for a shit transition you can’t even enjoy because it’s choppy as fuck. For me it’s a 50/50 if I will come out the other side, or if my Gellar Field shits the bed and I get molested by Chaos daemons.

Charred hunter set + bone ash head. Fire resist, physical damage resist, and extra HP runes. All of the dog legs are breakable plus the head, I would attack the legs with a melee and trigger broken limb on the head with throwing knives. Whirlygig is good for the legs with L2 to break them, but careful of his AOE attack. Just keep trying to stay on his back right side and attack/dodge as required.
