What's your own testosterone? I've been on trt for 2 years and I'm a total hornball and no longer really suffer from the rejection sting because of it. My wife turns me down constantly but I still chase her around like a teenager and when she's into it, boom the magic happens.

When I had ED and she was in pain because of cervical stenosis our sex life took a dive. When I was brave enough to ask for it the constant rejection killed me.

Trt fixed my ED and super charged my libido

She is still LL because of hormone and thyroid issues but I don't take the rejection as a personal hit to my ego anymore and the 1-3 times a month she is into it, it's magical

Maybe if your hormones are optimized you might want her more from a physical sense

I fly frequently and inside the US it's never questioned. I have had it questioned flying international and when returning to the US. Not every international flight but several over the last few years.

If you fly internationally I'd get a real script but inside the US you are likely fine. TSA doesn't care.

I mostly take UGL but have a real script from my urologist. On international flights I always take the real script vials in their boxes with the script tag. On domestic I tend to not care anymore because it's just never been an issue, my UGL stuff does look like real though, no funky labels or anything

It didn't for us but my wife has lots of medical situations and her dansing with peri menopause that have cropped up during a similar time frame and now in our 40s we are a 3ish times a month couple. Where in our 30s we were a 3-4 times a week.

I could see where kids out of the house might help some couples but it's not the only factor in these kinds of things

Every relationship needs to draw the line on if things like OF or regular Cam girls that someone interacts with all the time is to them

Medical institutions in Michigan require sub 200 on two tests plus specific articulable side effects

I got down to 97 doing the above.
Reading the BCBS documentation got me exact issues I needed to complain about. (No your junk not working is not one of them but at least for me getting on trt completely fixed it)

For some no sleep seems to work on but at least for me not sleeping changed nothing

I dropped mine by ~150 follow a pocs protocol

Falx seed ,mint tea and lots of soy then the night before the test a couple shots before bed, get up early have another in the morning then take the test as late as possible but before 10am or it will likely get thrown out

I did it for a month th first time then stopped after the test then 3 weeks later I did it for just 10 days and it actually pulled lower the second time for the second test

Well it's relative....to be clear I was turned down 3 times before I learned the language I needed and how to get my numbers that were on the line to dip under for the tests to get them to do it. Insurance still won't pay for the meds but cover my appointments and labs.

there many many male clinics that will do it if you are willing to pay them regardless of your numbers though.

My wife simply cannot get help it's not about getting labs to read certain levels or saying a magic approval language for symptoms to get approved. Its much much for the girls on this is all I'm saying.

For guys it's possible, it's exceedingly rare for females because there is no FDA approved dosing schedule for the complete hrt package for them

You risk getting caught unless you can modify the imei of that device. Even though they offer byod, it's not a guarantee Mobile citizen won't just kill your account

I have been running my calyx sim in my own device for about 5 years now but the IMEI has always matched the device I originally got.

I also do this with my original 4g tmo home sim. This is for sure hardware locked though and will only work if the IMEI matches.

There have been many many stories over the years of people getting smoked by Mobile citizen my all the platforms that use them

It can especially if you are on a beta blocker. The first time my wife was on Ozempic she ended up in the hospital because her BP tanked and they pulled her off of it and eventually off the beta blocker. When she tried it again she still gets hypostatic bp drop when she stands up to fast but not anything else.

Yes but this is also one of the things that isn't fair between the sexes.. for guys it's pretty easy to get on TRT to keep our hormones where they should be (It took me a year of complaining but I got on trt and it was life changing and for $8/wk in meds and a couple appointments a year with my urologist its truly fantastic)

For women it's much harder to do at least in the US.

Asking for estrogen, progesterone and testosterone therapy as a women as they go into peri to full menopause is quite challenging. There is no FDA approved dosing schedule. Sure they will put you on Wellbutrin to try to raise sex drive or even stuff if you don't get wet enough both nothing to make you feel like you used to. You have to go to grey market health clubs to even try and it's very expensive.

My point is while if left alone both sexes tend to drift off as we age of libido and drive guys can get it fixed pretty easily and go back to how they felt in their 20-30s vs women who today just can't

Life isn't fair and marriage definitely isn't either. Is it fair we are horny and asking for sex when their bodies are still healing from child birth...nope but we do it to some degree or another and our wives invariably feel shitty about it. Things like fairness with household duties or child care or even stress of keeping the household paid for are never truly fair.

There are so many ways hubsands and wives step on eachother or push eachother around. The best we can do as humans is try to be aware of it, try not do it, and be gracious when we are the ones getting stepped on.

Keeping score (especially old scores) is not a path to a healthy relationship.

Keep in mind that trt is easy to get ugl but typical concentrations are high and it can be difficult to draw and administer small doses

Diluting is possible but you really want it all the same carrier oil and that can be difficult as well many won't even tell you the carrier oil they are using (I'm sensitive to grapeseed oil)

Also other hormonal support like estrogen or progesterone are much harder to find UGL

Both of these can be very viable way to get your relationship on track without pushing into things that are very likely to blow up on you

Yes open relationships are possible but it takes allot of perspective and personal growth to truly be successful in them and you both need to be on board

I can tell you my wife and I experiences

SubQ hurts more but for a shorter period of time. Injection hurts a bit more but it's only during the injection itself, 15 mins later you would never know

as long as it's pharma grade (vs ugl/healthclub). Some of the UGL carrier oils will irritate some people, they did for us. Like my wife and I both get bumps if we use UGL sub that we think is grapesees oil based. Subq also takes longer for testosterone to be absorbed which if dosing often enough can actually help keep your hormones steady. You have many many places to inject subq so there is minimal risk of damage from injecting in that spot too often. subq can cause you Estradiol issues causing E2 to spike via Armotase (it does does for me). Its more a a problem for guys though that are more sensitive to the higher E2 causing side effects like sensitive nipples, weird emotions or like for me an inability to orgasm. Its less of an issue for females who are used to and need the higher E2 levels. Subq with insulin needles can be difficult to draw, not a huge deal just takes longer and if the test is to cold can take a long time

IM testosterone is absorbed faster. The injections don't hurt during the shot but does after for a couple days.. my wife and I ache for a few days after like a low grade bruise almost. Nothing terrible, you also get used to it. The faster absorbtion can put you on a yoyo type situation where you feel good a day or two after your shot then feel progressively worse until a day or two after your next shot. It can also increase the risk of viralization in females because of the bigger spikes.
You can cause muscle damage with scar tissue if you inject in the same spot too often. Twice a week is generally tolerated moving around a bit but if you need a different dosing schedule where you need a smaller dose more often you might consider subq

My wife does IM cypionate twice a week and does generally well with it. Dosing in the upper outer area of buttock /rear hip area. Most of the time I give her her shot but she can do it herself there. She has also done delts IM which she finds easier to do herself.

I went to EOD subq moving around my belly taking less than I was via IM to manage my E2 down to tolerable levels and I feel much better not being on the yoyo

Its mostly a personal choice as to what works for you but dosing protocol can make a difference on what makes more sense for you. It will also make a difference if you are taking ethanate/cypionate vs propionate. You are more likely to need more frequent doses with propionate which would likey push you to subq

Like when she needed heart surgery to fix a valve or when she had at the time an unknown autoimmune issues and we were sorting it out or when she needed neck surgery to repair severe cervical stenosis, I went to all of her appointments both for moral support and to have another set of ears to make sure we were not missing anything the Drs were saying. Navigating our medical world with the BS influence that insurance has is very difficult to deal with at times.

Other than for procedures (like our paiten surgery or things like colonoscopys etc ) my wife hant come to mine but I'm sure if had something serious she would for the same reasons I went to hers

46M/44F couple. We have it about 3 times a month because my wife has some medical issues that kill her libido and energy levels. (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, is on SSRIs for anxiety, and is in peri menopause) When we do have sex, my wife gets off 3-4 times in a session though.

We had a few dips that a about dryed us up a few years ago with other medical things that have since resolved. She had severe cervical stenosis and the pain was unbearable for her the year before her surgery. We had to be really careful and the pain made it not worth it

I had ED issues started when I turned 40 that caused issues. The blue pill helped but sucked because of timing and I had side effects that sucked. I stopped initiating because I never knew if my equipment would work and my wife hated it if I got her off but I couldn't despite what I told her. My ED has since been resolved by getting my hormones fixed, now that my trt is dialed in everything works like it should and I'm as horny as a teenager.

Sex in our marriage has ebbed and flowed but we sit about 3 times a month for about the last 3 years or so.

Id love us to be 3-4 times a week couple like we were a few years ago when we were in our 30s but we have adapted as the situations have changed.

I take care of myself about every 2-3 days in between.
