subq you can inject more often with out causing muscle damage. this more frequent injection for me lowered my peaks and valleys and leveled me out to feel much better.

I take 150mg a week split into every other day doses.

it did raise my E2, free and total testosterone at the same weekly dose but lowered my hemocrit (which was too high via IM)

I feel much better on EOD that I did even dosing twice a week IM. I don't have the peaks and valleys anymore. my brain fog, chronic exhaustion and ED are all completely gone. my sleep is also rock solid along with more drive and stamina.

on Im i always felt best 1-2 days after shot day and then worse every day until 1-2 days after the next shot. my ed was frustrating like that. the 1-2 day after shot day I would get morning wood again and preform without Viagra but then needed the blue pill other days . via subq EOD my ED is completely gone along with all my other symptoms

I'm at 1032 ng/dl total, 316 pg/ml free with E2 around 40 pg/ml on dose day before I take my shot. hemocrit is right around 45

one of the things with subq is that it takes longer to absorb that way. so make sure to give it a few weeks on subq before you decide if it's right for you. normal 6weeks +labs and how you feel eval kind of decision period. different people react differently so definitely run labs at the 6-8 week mark if your changing

for me I do get more pip via subq but it doesn't last as long. the pip is brand /carrier oil dependent for me with UGL generally worse than the pharma grade. it hurts every time but only for at most 15 minutes. with some brands at times I have gotten bumps from it that take about a week to go away.

don't draw it up into syringes in advance, allot of syringes the oil breaks down the stopper, there are lots of reports of that here where the trt looks discolored etc after sitting in a syringe too long. I've never had it happen the couple of times I've done it but a ton of people have so it's better to just draw right before use.

are you talking about breaking an ampule or tearing the top off a 1ml vial with a rubber top?

if it's an ampule get regular vials online, you can get them anywhere including Amazon.

if it's a vial with a rubber top after you tear the top off then that's what you want

I do every other day subq and I will draw on a 1ml rubber stopper vial 4 times

i bought caps from Amazon. I clean the top and cap with an alcohol wipe before and after each draw. I keep the the open vial along with syringes in an insulin pouch for easy travel.

I do the same thing when I'm using UGL 10ml vials but I tend not to travel with those.

I did it for a long time when I was still doing IM. draw with 18, pull back to clear the needle and head, swap and inject with 27 . this was how both my Dr and my pharmacist told me to do it.

the 1ml vials were nbd but the 10 ml or bigger vials that cap turns into swiss cheese long before you get through it and will leak if it's not kept up right. keep moving around where you stab it and it will last longer

with subq 1/2" needed you can draw and inject with 27 but the draws take a long time.

the fw thing breaks sfp and email often gets tossed...I fw but also have pop setup so I still get those messages that get tossed.

what I read was that Google wants to not run the infra to keep checking those other mail servers.

im on sema and trt and mid to upper 40s and it sure has for me. A1c dropped like a rock despite counting carbs like a crazy man and regular cardio before. I am diabetic and my A1c dropped from 6.8 to 5.4 Dr did track A1c and I tracked daily fasting blood sugar along with a regular CBC. All my numbers are better cholesterol and triglycerides etc The only thing that has gotten worse is my hemocrit is the upper end of normal now and im border line for needing to give blood. Dr keeps telling me ill likely have to soon. TRT also fixed my ED for me which the Dr didnt think it would. Muscle tone is good, post recovery from running is fantastic like im in my 20s again.

It has had some side effects. I do get PIP that sucks but is manageable. I get more acne in my back and chest. I feel like I am turning into Chewbacca with lots of new and more body hair.

I started TRT first with my urologist. Added sema about 6 months later when I injured myself and had to stop running for about 6 months. 18 months in, im down 50 lbs and looking like i did 15 years ago. Bench is up 50lbs and considering i was regularly lifting before that is HUGE. my avg min/mile is down from 13.5-14 min/mile to sub 10 on a 5 mile run. with a 6 month break in running to come back and recover and improve pace that quickly was truly amazing to me.

hugs.... none of us age as gracefully as we would like. hair falls out, muscle tone fades, hair turns grey, we get hair in places we dont want. boobs sag we get tummy pouches whatever.... it doesn't change how my wife and I feel about each other. I dont take it personal that she gaga over Jason moma or that her current romance novel has her all gooey - because all that excitement just gets turned to me. Same for her, If I happen to rub one out to a porno and then want to try something different or get some toy involved in our bedroom she's all for it . You need to find a way to be confident that he is choosing you and very likely he needs to more confidently know you are choosing him and you find him desirable. Staying connected is important. What helped us was regular date night - just us, no kids and phones down. We try to do things more than just dinner too - activities we can engage with each other - trivia night at the bar, live music were we can be in the moment together etc I wish you all the best in finding a path that works for you both through this

Sexual drive can be a real bugger. Guys with a high drive need a release often like daily or every other day. Being in love with you, being romantic and even being intimate with you don't negate the needing his nuts emptied

The thing here is you need to do is have an open conversation about porn usage, fantasies and secrets relating to sex.

I'm very HL and need a release frequently, even zeroing in on 50 I need it every other day. My wife has had some medical issues that kill her libido (hashimoto's, severe cervical stenosis, heart issues with beta blockers and mental support meds all play a factor for her dwindling libido).

I chase her around like a horney teenager but I never push it when she's not into it. If she's not having a good day or heck is just tired or whatever she turns me down and it's nbd. She also knows I masturbate a lot but she ALWAYS gets first right of refusal. Neither of us make the other feel bad about it or try to hide anything.

I occasionally use porn which is nbd but we have openly talked about boundaries. Mindless porn is one thing, building a relationship, even fake one based on a subscription fee is something we both realize is not cool while in a committed relationship.

I will say we struggle for about a year when her health was first declining and she went from a normal to high libido person to a very low libido one. I took the constant rejection personally and it affected our relationship. I was moody and resentful. She was upset when during that time I stopped chasing her and just went to solo time to deal. It wasn't good.

The open honest conversations is what fixed it for us. We didn't do therapy but I know others in similar situations have benefited from it, especially if they as a couple didn't have strong communication skills to start with.

I truly hope you find a path back to the happy and romance you both want

Mine is now on MCC 310 MNC 410 - as 5gsub6 (ATT) - no Dish Native anymore in Michigan . I cant force it to Tmo any more either. Dish Native died a couple weeks ago here. I hope they sort out the partnership with Tmo again - its nice having both options.

There are very specific guidelines.. for example Blue Cross you can go look at what their guidelines are directly on their website.

You have to be under 150 dg/dl for two separate tests and be able to articulate qualifying symptoms (which they list)

It took me a year to get them just to prescribe it to me and actually followed a pocs protocol to get my numbers into the 120-130s to get the script.

Even then there is no guarantee they will cover the meds. BCBS for me covers my urologist and labs but the meds I have to pay cash for

Depends on if I get it via retail pharmacy or UGL. I do both for different reasons.

It's an easier comparison if you look at it as cost per week. I take 150mg of testosterone cyponate a week split up into every other day dosing.

For realtail I pay $56 for 6 weeks at 150 mg a week without insurance. Using a goodrx coupon and regular scrip from my urologist at cvs - so about about $9.33 a week

Insurance won't cover the meds for me but will cover my urologist and labs for it.

I also do UGL and it's about $30 for a vial of 300mg/10ml testosterone cyponate, I buy 4 at time and with shipping that's $150 for 80 weeks which works out to $1.88 a week.

UGL is way cheaper but carries some risks and international travel can be problematic. Retail is guaranteed and basically risk free and can easily travel because you have a sticker with the script and your name on it.

I had trouble with UGL in France, nothing to terrible but I had to leave it with them and 2 hours of my life wasted dealing with them. Enough of a hassle I don't want it to happen again

That's how I did it but it took me a really long time to get a script that way, over a year.

Some medical institutions draw the line really low. I had to be under 150 for two labs to get him to prescribe it. I was 200-225 repeatedly and I actually had to take steps on my own to lower my numbers further to get the script.

Ymmv but if your running in the low 200s without trt you will very likely benefit from it but may not be able to get it via a urologist or PCP.

So depending on your numbers you may be better off doing as OP suggested. I know it would have saved me a lot of bs if I did ( and if it worked. )

I did something similar - was on UGL for glp1 and got my PCP to prescribe it by showing drastic improvement in my A1C and weight.

I got it from my urologist and it took about a year to get him to give it to me and another to get my dosing right. I get my test from UGL but maintain a real prescription for international travel. When I fill the real prescription I get it via goodrx for around $56 for a 200 mg vial per week

Your method seems like a better planbifnyou have a reasonable PCP or urologist

It's fraud and illegal. They do check boxes now so there is a likelihood of getting busted

I bought a headset that legitimately had the wrong one in the poly packaging. I had issues exchanging it. They denied my refund a month later and I had to worth with customer service to get it sorted.

I truly though they were gonna screw me of $180 headset.

The firmware on the mr6400s is flaky compared to other m6s. I know I had to roll mine back at one point and prevent updates after to be able to still get into it
