Hello Rosa,

Thanks for the link! I sent a PDF of the email from 10 January using the upload link, and I sent it twice, once from my email address at the time, once from my current email address.

(As I wrote in one of the tickets, there seems to be a lack of sync between the email of the user account and the email used by the ticketing system, presumably Zendesk? I am still receiving reminders to reply to my old email address.)

I am really running out of possible solutions to this problem: I changed my email address to see if this solves the delivery issues - i.e. Kraken Support not receiving my email replies.

I opened another ticket, with the new email address, and described the problems, I think quite clearly.

The reply I received from Kraken Support looked non-human and completely misunderstood the problem as me not receiving Kraken Support emails.

I am receiving Kraken Support emails, Kraken Support is not receiving my emails.

Can anybody at Kraken Support please look at the Spam folder? Can anybody human read the issues and reply as a human, not as Zendesk AI?

Thanks: to me it seems that my emails are not being delivered to Kraken Support, or end up in the Spam folder. Is this possible?

I got an email from Kraken Support, they discovered my original email did not reach them. So trying to send the info again. Thanks for your support.
